AssociateConnor joined our R&D Tax team in 2024, and has since become involved in both our innovation-focused client work and our wider Sustainability initiatives.
Connor graduated from Abertay University with a degree in Criminology, and since joining CT he has developed his experience in supporting start‑up and scale‑up businesses across a wide range of industries.
Most of the clients he works with are early‑stage or growing companies, which he enjoys because it means working closely with people who are genuinely excited about their ideas. He supports them through the R&D tax relief process, helping them understand what qualifies, what the regime requires, and what benefits they may be able to access.
Connor finds working with start‑ups particularly rewarding, especially when he sees how much of an impact R&D funding can have at those early stages. Alongside his client work, he is part of our Sustainability team here at CT. He assists with ESG‑related projects, contributes to sustainability reporting, and helps develop initiatives that support the firm’s environmental commitments.
