Senior ManagerIain has lived in Glasgow most of his life and qualified as a CA in 1993.
He decided to specialise in tax a year later and moved to a Big 4 Firm in 1995 to specialise in corporation tax and since then he has worked mainly for independent firms Scott-Moncrieff, Milne Craig which specialise in providing services to owner managed businesses.
His experience ranges from income tax and corporation tax compliance to company reorganisations, business sales and acquisitions, business succession and Inheritance Tax planning.
