Service Desk AnalystJake joined our IT Support team in 2023, originally on a 3-month contract before moving into a permanent position.
Jake gained a BEng in Cyber Security and Forensics from Napier University in 2021 and a HND in networking in 2019. His day-to-day work involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues for internal employees and clients. He is also involved in long term projects such as keeping business devices compliant and supporting any system improvements.
Jake enjoys the variety of challenges his role brings from repairing broken printers in the office to remotely troubleshooting laptop issues located in another country.
