DirectorKaren joined CT in 2024, having previously held Director roles in audit with both a client-facing remit and an internal strategy and operations focus.
Most recently, Karen served as Head of Finance within industry. Through her strategic and operations focus, as well as her in-house finance experience, Karen's focus is enabling organisations and their people to successfully deliver their strategy through her financial leadership and expertise. Her in-house experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges that keep founders and CEOs awake at night, as well as the practical experience to work through these.
