Kirsty Sutherland
Finance AssistantKirsty joined CT in 2025 after gaining a degree in Business and Economics at the University of Dundee.
She is currently working through my ACCA qualification whilst working to become a chartered accountant. Her job involves supporting the finance department by handling a range of tasks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, compliance and smooth financial operations.
These tasks include daily bank reconciliations, processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with payroll and supporting month-end processes. On top of this, she was given the opportunity to work with different departments within CT, including ABA and Audit, to gain insights into their functions to support her ACCA studies.
She enjoys the fact that no day is the same and the challenges this brings, and she works in a supportive team where there are many opportunities for learning and professional development.
