Trainee AssociateAfter hearing great things about the working life and culture at CT Leo joined as a Trainee Payroll Associate in June 2024.
He found the team to be incredibly supportive and welcoming, quickly helping him gain independence and confidence in his work. He has since achieved the Payroll Technician Certificate, the first stage of his qualifications, and began the Payroll Specialist Certificate at the end January.
He handles the payroll for a variety of clients from schools and factories to breweries which keeps his work fresh and engaging, providing him with a variety of experience.
