Her extensive trustee experience gives her a deep understanding of the responsibilities that come with managing family assets, businesses and long-term plans, and she brings this perspective into every client relationship.
She is a founding member of the firm’s Executive Committee (ExCo), leading on People and contributing to the firm’s day to day leadership. As CT’s People lead, Michelle plays a key role in shaping an inclusive, people-led culture. She is passionate about helping people build confidence, grow and reach their potential.
