Nicole Leiper
People AdvisorNicole joined CT as a HR Administrator towards the end of 2022, having graduated from University of Edinburgh in 2020 and looking for her first proper HR role.
Nicole had started her CIPD Level 5 (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) before joining CT. She completed this at the end of 2023 and was subsequently promoted to People Officer. Her current role involves supporting our some of our departments and people, however, a large proportion of her work revolves around building our early careers pipeline, organising our internship programme, graduate recruitment, attending careers fairs and connecting with Scottish Universities and supporting our students once they join the firm.
She also leads on our CT Champions group which comes together to plan lots of social, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and events within the firm. Her favourite aspects of the role involve helping others - she finds joy in helping people feel good about themselves and enjoy their work life.
